Recruiter

General Scope

To ensure that all customer orders have been filled with the best fit- qualified candidate/s in timely manner by responding professionally and urgently to their requests for employees. The recruiter will aggressively implement the branch's recruiting program to generate an on-going pool of qualified candidates to fill specific job orders. The recruiter will qualify prospective employees for employability through detailed, thorough interview techniques that meet EOE- Equal Opportunity Employment guidelines and laws. The recruiter will then match qualified candidates to specific customer orders and manage, coach, direct and discipline up to and including termination assigned candidates through their employment process with the customer.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • ability to effectively communicate with a broad spectrum of socio-economic levels.
  • computer literacy in Windows and Word and the ability to efficiently navigate the Internet.
  • Bilingual in Spanish not required but is a plus.
