On-Site Coordinator

General Scope

Primary liason between the customer, temporary associates and Advance Personnel, the on-site coordinator will coordinate and manage all aspects for staffing the account, as it relates to recruitment of personnel, job order fulfillment, problem solving, payroll issues and transportation needs to ensure the customer's staffing objectives are met or exceeded.

Minimum Requirements

  • minimum 2 years customer service and/or sales experience in a professional environment
  • minimum 2 years staffing and/or human resources experience in an industrial environment
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate on all levels
  • keen attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced, high demand environment
  • ability to quickly assess and exercise good judgement for problem-solving and order filling under pressure
  • computer literacy in Windows, Word and Excel and the ability to efficiently navigate the Internet.
