Business Development Manager

General Scope

to increase the profitability of the branch office by procuring new accounts, developing and expanding existing customers and cross-selling our full compliment of staffing. The business development manager will design, implement and manage a targeted account plan which includes a resource of successful sales and marketing strategies, including but not limited to prospecting, cold calling, sales presentations, telemarketing, networking and business development strategies.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years proven successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
  • excellent organizational, planning and forecasting skills.
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate with a broad spectrum of socio-economic levels.
  • computer literacy in Windows and Word and the ability to efficiently navigate the Internet.
