Branch Manager

General Scope

To ensure the overall profitability and success of the branch office by the aggressive implementation of recruiting, interviewing, placement, marketing, prospecting and customer service strategies. The branch manager will design and implement a recruiting program to generate an on-going pool of qualified candidates to fill specific customer orders. The branch manager will ensure thorough interviewing techniques are implemented for each applicant that meet EOE- Equal Opportunity Employment guidelines and laws. The branch manager will manage, coach, direct, and discipline their staff to ensure that company goals and objectives are met and/or exceeded.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years proven successful staffing industry management experience, preferably that include facility partnerships.
  • excellent organizational, planning and forecasting skills.
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate with a broad spectrum of socio-economic levels.
  • computer literacy in Windows and Word and the ability to efficiently navigate the Internet.
